Extracare Carpet Cleaning is an independently owned and operated carpet cleaning business. This means when you phone you will talk to me, Joe Hatton. I will take your booking, and I will be the one that cleans your carpet or upholstery.
My responsibility is to make your carpets and upholstery cleaner and healthier, and I have invested heavily to ensure I can do that – both time and money on training, top quality cleaning products, and up to date machinery.
I have been in business for myself since 1991, have been trained by the National Carpet Cleaners Association and am a current member. (www.ncca.co.uk). Because I care for you - I carry full insurance. This includes insurance even for the piece of carpet or upholstery I am working on. It is called treatment risk, and not all carpet cleaners have such insurance. I am sure that is of importance to you – check it out if you are phoning around.

If you are not happy with the clean I do for you, I will clean the unsatisfactory area again.
I will not be the cheapest carpet cleaner around, but as I cannot compete with the cheap ones on low price, they cannot compete with me on high quality. You well know that a good quality service rarely comes cheap. Excellence at a sensible price is what both you and I really want.
